Welcome to QR Pad. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QR Pad mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Effective Date: November 10, 2025

QR Pad provides QR code generation tools for personal and business use. The Service includes: • Free QR code generation for URLs, Wi-Fi credentials, and text • Pro subscription features for specialized review QR codes (Yelp) • Web-based information and support

You agree to: • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes • Not attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or interfere with the Service • Be responsible for any QR codes you create and their destination content • Ensure that QR codes linking to business profiles (e.g., Yelp) accurately represent your business

Subscription Terms: • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store • Pricing is displayed in the app and subject to change with notice • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled Cancellation and Refunds: • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy • QR codes created during your subscription remain functional after cancellation Changes to Subscription Features: • We reserve the right to modify Pro features with reasonable notice • Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes

Our Rights: • QR Pad, its design, features, and content are owned by QR Pad and protected by intellectual property laws • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission Your Rights: • You retain all rights to the content you encode in QR codes • QR codes you create are yours to use as you see fit • We do not claim ownership of your business information or QR code destinations

Your privacy is important to us. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. Key points: • We do not track QR code scans • We do not sell user data • We collect minimal information necessary to provide the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Warranties that QR codes will scan on all devices (though we strive for broad compatibility)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • QR Pad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim • We are not responsible for content you link to via QR codes or how third parties use your QR codes

QR Pad may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Yelp for review links). We are not responsible for: • The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services • Changes to third-party APIs or terms that affect QR Pad functionality • Third-party data collection or privacy practices

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will: • Post updated Terms on this page with a new "Effective Date" • Notify users of material changes through the app or website • Consider your continued use of the Service as acceptance of updated Terms

We reserve the right to: • Suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms • Discontinue the Service with reasonable notice Upon termination: • Your right to use the Service immediately ceases • QR codes you previously created will continue to function (they are static and permanent) • Subscription charges will cease according to Apple App Store policies

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
